KEVIN M. GOODREAU
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DPW SOLAR, A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF PREFORMED LINE PRODUCTS (PLP)
Has a degree in marketing and economics from the Robert 0. Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico. He has worked with the design and installation of photovoltaic systems since 1988. He is an active participant of the company's photovoltaic design department and oversees the design, engineering and installation of all turn-key photovoltaic systems. He also directs the IT department and oversees the implementation and facilitation of the company's computer network system.
In 2007 Mr. Goodreau was elected President (1 yr term) of the Renewable Energy Industries Association by his industry peers. During his term as president he had their website upgraded and procured the services of a lobbyist to help with industry legislation on the state level.
Mr. Goodreau currently works with their parent company (PLP) on business development for their newly formed solar division. In 2003 he was instrumental in obtaining the Xantrex dealer certification, Xantrex Authorized Service Center, Mitsubishi Service contract for the State of New Mexico and obtaining a distributorship with Sharp Solar (now SolarWorld). Sharp Solar is the largest photovoltaic manufacturer in the world and offers complete grid tied systems. In 2007 Mr. Goodreau worked with the State of NM and Colorado to obtain a electrical contractor's license in the State of Colorado.

JEFFREY J. RANDALL
VICE PRESIDENT
DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
Mr.
Randall has a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Power Systems Engineering
from the University of New Mexico and has over 25 years experience
in the solar industry. For the past twenty years, he has been involved
in the design and fabrication of photovoltaic module mounting structures,
battery boxes and integrated system enclosures. He oversees the
engineering, manufacturing and distribution of Direct Power's line
of products for the photovoltaic industry and has been involved
in the design and fabrication of racking systems for several large
industrial/commercial customers.
Mr. Randall also oversees the short and long term strategic goals
of the Corporation. During the last few years he has expanded the
size of the manufacturing facility by 7,500 square feet. With the
new addition he was able to add addition tooling which has allowed
the Company to increase its production by 75%.

STEVEN SCHUMACHER
OPERATION AND PRODUCTION MANAGER
Mr.
Schumacher has been employed in the photovoltaic industry for over
twelve years. He graduated from the University of New Mexico's Anderson
School of Management in 1989 with a BBA concentrating in Production
and Operation Management. Steve has over eight years experience
in the design and production of photovoltaic array mounting structures.
Steve also designs photovoltaic systems for local industrial and
commercial clients.
Steve has managed several large commercial and governmental turn
key projects for the company.

CHRIS KARSA
TECHNICAL MARKETING MANAGER
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from
the University of California @ Santa Cruz. He has been involved
with
solar power and passive solar structures on a hobby basis for
fifteen years. His home has been outfitted with a utility interactive photovoltaic system with a battery backup to
cover critical loads during utility power disruptions.
Involved with photovoltaic design and sales, Chris meets with
a wide range of people, organizations, and governmental agencies
who express a common interest in solar power. He finds his
position gratifying and rewarding as he shares the political,
economic,
environmental, and social advantages of solar power.
As a team player he is confident in his ability to contribute
to the burgeoning growth of the solar industry and anticipates
a steady
increase in the reliance on this renewable energy source
in the United States and worldwide.

DANIEL O. DUFFIELD

Daniel received his baccalaureate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri in December 1994. He also attended the Solar Technology Institute in Carbondale, Colorado in 1989. While attending and prior to graduation from the University of Missouri he was an active in the design and construction of the University of Missouri's vehicle in the 1993 and 1995 Department of Energy's National Photovoltaic cross-country vehicle race - "SunRayce 93". He also has an A.A.S. degree in Building Construction Technology and a basic certificate in welding and is a graduate of Computer Technology Curriculum from the Bryan Institute. Daniel has been living with a stand-alone photovoltaic residential energy system for over nine years.
In 2005, He received the NABCEP PV Installer Certification. He holds a New Mexico Electrical Contracting license. He has engineered, designed and installed systems for Sandia National Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, AT&T Wireless, Sprint PCS, has worked with hundreds of remote home clients and many custom remote electrical power system applications. He has received factory training and authorization to perform service on Trace Inverters. He is a member of SMA's Solar Pro Club. He also has been a member of IEEE for 12 years.
As a contracted Mitsubishi UPS service provider, he sizes large commercial Mitsubishi UPS systems (Un-interruptible Power Supplies) and specifies the necessary complimentary components for protecting computer networks, industrial machinery, internet computer server farms/facilities and other critical electrical appliances and machinery.
His personal interests include shortwave and antique radios and electric vehicles.

JACK TAYLOR
COMPTROLLER EMERITUS
Recently Jack retired from DPW Solar but has graciously accepted working part-time with our accounting team to keep all processes on target. Jack consults with DPW on an "as needed" basis with our current accounting department. Jack dedicated to our company and our cause has been an inspiration to the entire DPW Staff. In 2006, Jack and his wife Jan had DPW Solar integration team put a solar system on their home. Jack does more than talk the talk, he walks the walk. Jack, congratulations on your retirement and we will do our best not to call you too often.
Jack graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E, M.S.E.E). He also has several hours of study in business and accounting.

ERICH LINDNER
MASTER ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN
Erich has spent his entire professional career working with and around electronics. He graduated magna cum laude from North American Technical Institute with an Associate Degree in 1977. During his professional career he has worked for Philco in their electronic controls and instruments department, KRKE Radio as a technical troubleshooter, Public Service Co of New Mexico in the electronics department at their San Juan facility, and Carrizo Solar as a technical adviser.
Mr. Lindner is certified by Xantrex Corporation to work on all of their inverters and has over three years experience with Direct Power and Water in this capacity. Erich also works with our electrical engineering department and is certified by Mitsubishi to perform routine maintenance and start up on their Uninterruptible Power Systems.

DAVID A. HAMMACK LEAD ELECTRICIAN
David (or "Davito" as he is known to friends and fellow workers) has more than 20 years of experience as an electrician. He holds an EE-98J Journeyman Certificate (#11798) and a New Mexico Contractors license (#251902). In the State of Colorado, David is licensed as a Journeyman Electrician (#13807); Master Electrician (#5444); and Electrical Contractor (#7359). He is the qualifying party for Direct Power and Water's residential and commercial PV installations in New Mexico and Colorado since 1994.
Davito and his wife Sheila built their own home in Placitas where they have lived "off the grid" for 18 years with their stand-alone photovoltaic system. His personal interests include rock climbing, running rivers, and playing the fiddle.

WILLIAM GOLDGALE CAD SPECIALIST
Will graduated from Trenton State College in Trenton, New Jersey, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education. After teaching drafting and graphic arts in New Jersey and Kansas pubic schools for three years, he began a career in drafting and design that began in 1978.
He is proficient in Autocad and Solidworks. He has worked in most disciplines of drafting, but has primarily focused on mechanical design and assembly drawings. Will is responsible for all drawings required at DPW solar. This includes Autocad drawings for fabrication cut sheets, detailed parts drawings, detailed assembly drawings, site drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Using the Solidworks program, he has modeled drawings for instructional assembly of solar panel systems. He has also modeled Solidworks drawings for marketing's advertising requirements.

BRIAN SALYER MECHANICAL DESIGNER
Brian joined DPW Solar in 2007. He has worked in the mechanical design field for the last 20 years, and holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology. He assists in the design and manufacture of parts and equipment.
